My Process
Design consultation: Where we will talk about the your vision, review the chosen moment, event timeline, as well as address any other important information.
Event Day - Preparation & Setup: I arrive 2-3 hours prior to the ceremony to set up and paint the desired background.
Capturing the Moment: I take a photo/reference of the selected moment for the painting.
Live Painting Experience: As the event unfolds, I continue painting live where guests are able to observe and interact with the artwork and me.
The Reveal: Before the evening concludes, I will reveal the painting to the couple (couple can always check in whenever during the painting progress if they prefer).
Studio Refinement: The painting is not fully completed at the event, I will take the painting to the studio to refine details and apply a protective varnish.
Delivery: Once complete, the finished heirloom is carefully packaged and either shipped or hand-delivered (if local) within 7-10 weeks.
Live Wedding Painting Packages
Final package price may increase based on selected add-ons and travel requirements. Pets are typically added during the studio refinement stage using reference photos. Rush completion is expedited post event finishing and delivery. All travel logistics and fees are finalized and confirmed prior to booking.
Full Moon Package
Starting at $2,750 + Sales Tax

Up to 7-9 hours of on-site painting
Studio refinement after event

New Moon Package
Starting at $1,750 + Sales Tax

One 16 × 20” gallery wrapped canvas acrylic painting
Up to 5-6 hours of on-site painting
Studio refinement after event
Varnish finish (sealant protectant)
Delivery within 7-10 weeks
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.
Crescent Package
Starting at $2,500 + Sales Tax

One 18 × 24” gallery wrapped canvas acrylic painting
Up to 6-7 hours of on-site painting
Studio refinement after event
Varnish finish (sealant protectant)
Delivery within 7-10 weeks

Pet Inclusion: $25 per pet
Additional hours on-site: $125/hour

Travel & Lodging
Local: Included within 15 miles of Alexandria, VA.
Extended Travel: Events beyond 15 miles, will have an additional travel fee based on distance and location.
Destination: Events 3+ hours away, may require additional travel fees, and up to 1-2 nights of lodging.
